TaskPeace

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

TaskPeace ("we", "us") is an agent-native task & prompt manager operated by EditNative, Netherlands. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@taskpeace.com.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, how the site and app are used: which pages are opened and which buttons are clicked. In the EU, the UK, Switzerland and California, Google Analytics starts with its cookies switched off. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, Clarity does not load at all. Elsewhere it records clicks and scrolling but hides the text inside the app, so your tasks and project names are never sent to it. We run no ads, we do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How we use it

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (pp_session) to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during the Google sign-in handshake. No advertising cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set their own analytics cookies, as described above.

Third parties

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or permanent deletion of your account and all associated content at any time by emailing contact@taskpeace.com; we action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Email us to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to what's required to operate the service.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
